Who we are

LevierTek, an Odoo partner in Québec City, operates the website leviertek.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the website or fill out one of our forms, why we collect it, and how you can stay in control of it, in accordance with Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec).

Information we collect

Depending on the form or page you use, we may collect:

• Your name, email, phone number and company name (contact and diagnostic booking forms);
• Your industry and any context you choose to share with us;
• Standard technical browsing data (pages visited, browser) through the website logs;
• Traffic statistics, only if you consent (see Cookies and analytics).

Why we collect it

This information is used only to:

• Respond to your requests and prepare your free diagnostic;
• Follow up commercially on a current or potential engagement;
• Improve the website's content and operation.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Retention period

Prospect information is kept for 3 years from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires otherwise.

Where your data is hosted

The leviertek.com website and its database (forms, appointment booking) are hosted in Canada. This information is not transferred outside the country as part of this hosting.

If you are a LevierTek client, your company's management data in Odoo is hosted separately from the website, depending on the plan you choose:

• Solo Kit (Odoo SaaS) : hosted by Odoo S.A., whose cloud infrastructure is operated in partnership with Google Cloud. A data center located in Canada (Toronto) serves businesses whose profile shows a Canadian address; the exact location is confirmed at go-live.
• Odoo Express and custom implementation (on-premise, on Odoo Community, Enterprise or Odoo.sh) : the hosting location is determined with you at deployment, based on your requirements.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses necessary cookies for its operation: session, display language and remembering your consent choice. They are not used for any tracking and cannot be declined.

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure website traffic: pages viewed, where visits come from, device type. Until you click “Accept” in the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to it. If you accept, this data may be processed outside Québec and Canada, notably in the United States. No data is used for advertising purposes.

You can change your mind at any time.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Request access to the information we hold about you;
• Request its correction or deletion;
• Withdraw your consent to its use for commercial follow-up.
